Merkel Composite Technologies, Inc. utilizes a patented process to create structural carbon fiber products without the use of heat, electricity or skilled labor. The process uses an exothermic reaction to create a bond between the carbon laminate and the core.

Using this patented process, we can manufacture items that are traditionally made of steel, wood, aluminum, plastic, ceramics and composites in new and innovative ways. The resulting products are price competitive with conventional goods while offering greater strength, durability and flexibility of design. Because our process allows many items to be produced "on site",  significant savings in transportation and warehousing can be achieved.
